How to Use
- Add your habits — Click "Add habit", give it a name like "Read 20 pages" or "Drink 8 glasses of water", and set a daily target. Add up to 5 habits to keep your list focused.
- Tap to log progress — Each time you complete a rep of the habit, tap the +1 button on its card. The progress bar fills and the count moves toward your target. Use the −1 button to undo an accidental tap.
- Build your streak — When the clock rolls past midnight in your timezone, today's counts reset and any habit you completed adds one day to its streak. Miss a day and the streak resets to zero — start again, no penalty.
