How to Use

  1. Add your habits Click "Add habit", give it a name like "Read 20 pages" or "Drink 8 glasses of water", and set a daily target. Add up to 5 habits to keep your list focused.
  2. Tap to log progress Each time you complete a rep of the habit, tap the +1 button on its card. The progress bar fills and the count moves toward your target. Use the −1 button to undo an accidental tap.
  3. Build your streak When the clock rolls past midnight in your timezone, today's counts reset and any habit you completed adds one day to its streak. Miss a day and the streak resets to zero — start again, no penalty.
